What should I do if I receive a defective package? (Broken, incorrect product, product missing)


If you received the wrong order, please contact us at cs@mail.sivana.top within 7 days of receiving the product and send us a photo of the item you received. After reviewing your case, we will send you a replacement order. We cannot help you if you contact us after 7 days or if you don't have any proof of photo evidence.
